1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

• "ok77" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ok77.cam, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services made available thereon.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the legal entity operating ok77 under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the ok77 platform.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on ok77.
• "Real-Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a player into their ok77 wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ok77 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of ok77 and must not register an account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ok77 under Philippine law.

3. Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that online gaming is permitted in their specific locality. Players who access ok77 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may not be entitled to service or payout.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or use ok77.

3.4 Exclusion Verification

You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or regulatory exclusion from online gaming at the time of registration or play. Registration by a self-excluded person constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the ok77 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per Household

ok77 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Only one real-money account is permitted per individual, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Circumventing this policy through the use of multiple identities, shared addresses, or alternative payment methods constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok77 account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify ok77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. ok77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurs due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ok77 is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include any valid Philippine government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID card, driver's license, or voter's ID. ok77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ok77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ok77 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ok77 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your account. ok77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose transaction fees independently.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ok77 is PHP 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating account.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be processed from your Real-Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. ok77 does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptional volume or system maintenance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier, payment method, and any applicable promotional terms. VIP tier players may be entitled to elevated withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP program terms.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

ok77 reserves the right to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and does not constitute a refusal to pay. Players are encouraged to maintain consistent payment methods to facilitate efficient processing.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

ok77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and tournament prizes from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion. ok77 reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions with reasonable advance notice.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ok77 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, and collusion with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1 Fair Play and RNG

All casino games offered on ok77 — including slots, live dealer games, Bingo, and instant-win titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. ok77 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favor of the platform or any individual player.

8.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure that results in an interrupted or incomplete game round, ok77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Payouts will not be made for rounds affected by technical errors. ok77 is not liable for any inconvenience or perceived loss of potential winnings arising from a documented system malfunction.

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on ok77 are governed by individual market rules displayed at the point of bet placement. ok77 reserves the right to void bets placed on events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or other irregular activity, in accordance with PAGCOR directives and international sports betting standards.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ok77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account per individual;
2. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way;
4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized financial activity;
6. Colluding with other players in any game format, including live dealer tables and poker;
7. Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location;
8. Accessing ok77 for commercial data collection, reverse engineering, or competitive intelligence purposes;
9. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from third-party payment sources;
10. Allowing a third party to operate your account or operate another player's account on their behalf.

ok77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit any balance in the account, and to report the conduct to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ok77 platform — including but not limited to the ok77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and original game titles such as Dino Hunter — is the exclusive property of ok77 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ok77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, republishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the platform. Any unauthorized use of ok77 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok77 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits, even if ok77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ok77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your ok77 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ok77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by ok77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at ok77.cam/privacy-policy. By using ok77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

ok77 may share player data with PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law. ok77 does not sell player data to third parties for commercial purposes.

13. Responsible Gaming

ok77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) configurable through account settings;
• Session time limits with configurable alerts;
• Reality checks that display time elapsed during active sessions;

14. Amendments

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the ok77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 6.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the first instance, ok77 encourages players to raise any concerns or disputes directly with our support team, which can be reached via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ok77 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) banking business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ok77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
